She brings nearly two decades of leadership in the natural products industry, where she’s helped brands grow with integrity, positioned founders for breakout success, and led teams through moments of high-stakes decision-making and rapid change.

As a strategic advisor and former fractional CEO, Kate has guided emerging and established companies through product innovation, retail expansion, and organizational growth—always with an eye on both the business outcomes and the human systems underneath. She’s known for bringing structure where there’s noise, momentum where there’s friction, and grounded leadership to every room she enters.

She launched industry-leading initiatives in community-building, sustainability, and equity, forged long-standing partnerships and coalitions, and mentored rising leaders across the natural products ecosystem. Her work helped shape an industry that honors people, planet, and shared prosperity.
